Q1) I am a new guest, can I make order from your site?
A) Sure, but you have to make registration in the site by a very easy and simple steps . The registration for the first time only.
Q2) What are the payment methods available on your site?
A) The payment methods available are (cash on delivery) once you receive your order.
Q3) When will I receive my order?
A) Depending on the items you order, for example if you order items that has 2-5 days under the price of them you will receive them between these days, but if you order from items that says 2-4 weeks that means once they are available with us in this period we will send it to you.
We deliver using ARAMEX services, in Ramadan they deliver your order from 9-5 on weekdays, but on Friday there is no delivery, however on Saturdays they deliver from 9-3 p.m.
If you make an order please put in your consideration that Friday doesn't count between the days of delivering your order.
Q4) Is there a minimum value to the total amount of the order or the number of DVDs ordered?
A) No, you can purchase any number of items no matter where you live.
Q5) What kind of files do you have available on your site?
A) In each category of the website we provide certain type of files, mostly we have avi, mp4, rm, rmvb, mkv, pdf, and other formats. The avi format which is sold in the DATA DVD section can work on DVD players with Divx logo, while other formats such as mp4, mkv, rmvb and others works only on computers and some other devices so choose carefully.
Q6) Are all your video files Arabic subtitled ?
A) Most of our video files are Arabic subtitled . you can ensure the subtitle state from the video file details page .
Q7) What is the quality of your video files?
A) Almost 97% of the items in the website are in a great quality, however some formats such as RMVB, RM are not that good but they are acceptable.
Q8) If I didn't find an item can I ask you to add it in the website?
Sure, you can send us your request on this page and we will answer you with in 48 hours if we found your item or not and when will it be available.
Q9) I bought an Arabic subtitled video file from your site , but the Arabic subtitle didn't appear ?
A) Some files has the Arabic subtitles glued on them and some others has the Arabic subtitles as a separate file which its format needs to be installed, you will find the necessary files for installation on our download page.
Q10) Is the home delivery available to all countries?
A) Home delivery is available in state of Kuwait only .
Q11) some items are not working at all on my computer nor DVD player what do I do?
Please check your items within 3 days and contact us, if your items are not working for any reason contact us and we will be at your service.
* Some TV-series may contain adult scenes or bad language, so we are not responsible of that. This is the responsibility of the parents to select the suitable movies to their children.
* Please try your DVDs as soon you receive it, and in case of there is any error with any DVD , please contact us as soon as possible .
* We are not responsible of any error with the DVDs after 3 days after the delivery if you didn't contact us.
Order Confirmation
when you submit your order, you will receive an email order confirmation within minutes from placing your order. It will include in details all the products that you have selected the shipping & billing addresses and the total cost.
Cancellation of Orders
you may cancel your order via contact us to the time the order is pending. If the order has been processing you cannot cancel the order.
